They are now looking for a leader who can take charge, drive results, and guide the team into future growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and cost controlLead, coach, and develop employees to maximize efficiency and performanceEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsMonitor and improve key performance indicators: production costs, yields, throughput, and labor utilizationPartner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and process improvementsFoster a positive culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamworkQualifications5–7+ years of leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturingPlant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager background requiredStrong ability to make independent decisions and lead without heavy coachingExperience in production planning, cost management, and efficiency optimizationKnowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standardsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to relocate for the right opportunityCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $80,000 – $120,000 depending on experienceRelocation assistance availableFull benefits packageOpportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of the facilityFor immediate consideration, please send your resume to hillary.cooley@gogpac.com
