Own and drive P&L performance across multiple marketplaces, including planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives
Create and execute strategic business plans while collaborating with key stakeholders (operations, marketing, etc.)
Drive operational excellence through centralized, standardized processes and automation
Build and maintain strategic relationships with publishers across multiple markets
Optimize fixed costs while improving unit economics across the portfolio
Develop and implement scalable solutions that can be replicated across other product categories
Partner with US and EU hubs to improve operational efficiency and demand generationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS10+ years of operational and/or retail management experience
7+ years of people management experience
Bachelor's degree
Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering strong financial results
Experience owning selection strategy
Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing, and inventory management
Experience leading and transforming organizations across multiple geographiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA or advanced degree
Prior experience successfully serving international customers

The base pay for this position ranges from $134,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
