  • Lead multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field teams to ensure project success
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change order management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Mentor junior project managers and support staff

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in multifamily construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
