
Lead Security Specialist

- Identify foreign threats, conduct analysis, perform risk assessments, and complete special projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
- Prepare and present high-quality work products orally and in writing that are clear, concise, and well-supported by evidence.
- Exhibit proficiency with Microsoft 365 Apps and OSINT tools.
- Complete multiple tasks and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate across business units to facilitate discussions and solicit diverse perspectives.
- Build a professional network within the US Government and relevant industry peers to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration opportunities.
- Follow relevant policies and standard work associated with threat analysis and risk assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or at least two years of experience in the US Government 0132 job series or military intelligence.
- Practical exposure to counterintelligence concepts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Security Clearance.
- Professional demeanor with excellent speaking, writing, and organizational skills.
- Capable of engaging with all levels of the organization and working independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Frequent travel (up to 20%) required, both domestically and internationally.
- Experience developing and executing risk assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with commercial data analysis tools and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Established project management skills.
- Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.

- Background and drug screening required.
- Physical requirements may include extended periods of sitting or standing.
- Must meet citizenship requirements for security clearance eligibility.
