- Lead internal kickoff, preconstruction, progress, and closeout meetings
- Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and junior staff
- Promote and enforce Siema's core values and operational standards
- Partner with superintendents to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and productivity
- Coordinate with estimating during bid handoff and develop project startup plans
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and Siema's Health & Safety Plan
- Conduct weekly schedule updates and monthly reporting with owners
- Anticipate material, equipment, and labor needs to prevent project delays
- Review and approve subcontractor pay apps, material POs, and change orders
- Manage billing, retainage tracking, and margin protection throughout the project
- Negotiate and execute subcontracts and material purchase orders
- Lead the submittal and RFI process from submission to closeout
- Approve timecards, equipment usage logs, and daily field documentation
- Track project issues, resolve disputes, and drive closeout with owner acceptance
- Proven success managing DOT, drainage, earthwork, paving, or utility projects
- Strong working knowledge of P6, Viewpoint Vista, and HCSS HeavyJob
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead diverse field and office teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
- OSHA 30 Certification
- SWPPP/Stormwater Compliance Training
- PMP Certification or equivalent project leadership training
- First Aid/CPR and Safety Training
- Experience with municipal or public infrastructure contracts
