- Oversee the parts customers' account setup from start to finish.
- Answer phone calls, providing customers with help with their orders.
- Look for opportunities to grow business with our current Wholesale shops.
- Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
- Solicit assigned accounts in on a daily basis.
- Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Participate in all training programs that are made available.
- Maintain efficient communication within the department and customers at the automotive shops we service.
- Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
- Must be adaptable to assist multiple customers at one time.
- Salesperson may be called on at any time to assist at the retail counter, conduct inventories, or perform general housekeeping tasks as needed by management.
- Qualified applicants will have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills with an ability to multitask.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Experience working in a parts store, collision center, or dealership parts department preferred.
- Desire to join a team where you can learn and grow your career.
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts.
