Responsibilities
- Answer guest inquiries and assist with lodging reservations via phone and email
- Promote and sell Big Sky Resort lodging and activities with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Use reservation systems and software to enter guest bookings and update data
- Deliver outstanding guest service by providing helpful, knowledgeable recommendations
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Big Sky Resort’s lodging options, amenities, and activities
- Contribute to a fun, productive, and service-focused team environment
- Flexible scheduling between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.; split shifts available to accommodate ski breaks
- Assist in other office duties and projects as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Computer literacy required; experience with reservation systems a plus
- Sales, hospitality, or data entry experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the local community is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and self-motivated
