We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant where you’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team where no two days look the same—one moment helping to coordinate a worldwide album rollout, the next ensuring seamless communication across artist, management, and internal teams. Working alongside industry leaders, innovative marketers, and creative talent, you’ll gain firsthand exposure to how strategy, creativity, and execution come together to drive impactful results while supporting 2 accomplished leaders. For someone who thrives on organization, loves being close to the action, and is excited by music and culture, this role offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of a top global music company.What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing 2 executives’ extensive schedules in the Microsoft Suite and iCal, etc.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for schedules, meetings and other priorities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Support the execution of global campaigns and initiatives via administrative and communications support.
  • Maintain an organized system for handling high volumes of information, documents, and correspondence.
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for meetings to ensure productive outcomes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bring a solutions-oriented mindset to streamline processes and improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide logistical support for travel, events and meetings.
What We Are Looking For
  • Act as a central point of coordination for schedules, meetings and other priorities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in calendar management.
  • Profiecient in computer skills-Microsoft suite, Outlook & Teams

Pay Range
$50,000-$52,000 per annumThe pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs.
