This facility produces high?quality steel components for off?highway construction, mining, and heavy?duty trucking industries.Job Duties:Operate CNC machinery to produce parts that strictly conform to blueprints and specsChange tooling and perform basic machine setup required for daily productionClean and maintain machines during downtimeInspect parts using Quality Department?approved tools to verify print accuracyClock jobs and parts accurately to keep office personnel informed of workflow statusFollow instructions from shop travelers, blueprints, and equipment manualsMaintain paperwork and production logs per procedureReport equipment issues to a supervisor or lead promptlyPerform other assigned duties as neededUses light guards, emergency stops, etc. for safe machine operation.Uses measuring tools (calipers, tape, protractor and square) to ensure product accuracyEssential Functions:Ability to lift at least 50lbs while standing/bending/twisting for a minimum of 8 hrs.Must be willing to adhere to the overtime if needed.Must pass pre-employment drug screen.Must pass pre-employment background check.Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)Ability to read Blue-PrintsSteel-Toes required#Crawfordsville
