The role requires strong technical skills and expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization as well as the ability to translate findings into insights for real world applications. The Sr. Manager, HR Analytics will collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to develop, validate, and implement data solutions that generate valuable insights and drive recommendations for enhancing people strategies within the organization.Key Performance Indicators:Successful development of HR Data Reporting Capabilities and DashboardsOn-time, accurate delivery of required HR reporting and Data Insights, including EoC, MBRs, Board Decks, and other data deliverablesPrompt and accurate delivery of ad-hoc reporting and analytics insightsPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Lead a team of data science managers and HR Data Analysts and develop the collective capability of the HR Data Analytics functionCollaborate with IT, HRIS, and the Rentokil Terminix Business Analytics function to align HR data analytics strategies with the overall data and technology roadmap of the organizationPartner with HR leadership and executive stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and define key metrics, KPIs, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goalsProvide consultation, guidance and training to HR teams to advance their capabilities in navigating dashboards and leveraging data and analytics to address business needsDesign and implement a framework for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to generate actionable insights and recommendationsDeliver insights, reports, and presentations containing trends, patterns, and correlations obtained through statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniquesDevelop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR analytics findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organizationConduct advanced analytics and research to identify and forecast workforce trends, talent gaps, employee engagement drivers, and other critical HR metricsUtilize data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Web, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel, and others to creating visibility to data that empowers leaders to make the right strategic decisionsIdentify data gaps that hinder data integrity recommend control measures and adjustments to ensure accuracy and reliability of the dataWork closely with IT and HR teams on implementation and improvements for HR systems to ensure data can be utilized for HR analyticsRequired Experience:7+ years in data analytics3+ years in people and HR data analytics3+ years in a management role leading data analytics teamsRequired Leadership Traits and Characteristics:Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholdersAble to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the detailsActs with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholdersPossesses and operational and objectives focused mindsetAble to collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels to drive accountability and solicit inputCritical thinker with passion for data, analysis, and driving business outcomesFormal Education, Qualifications, and Training:Bachelor’s degree required with focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related fieldMaster’s degree preferred, with focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related fieldStrong technical skills in data analytics, statistical modeling, data vizualisation, data structures, and predictive analyticsFamiliarity with programming or database languages including SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysisProficient with Excel/Google SheetsExperience with integrating datasets from multiple HR Systems (HCMs such as Workday and UKG)Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.Strong business acumen and the ability to translate HR data insights to tell a compelling story with actionable recommendations for senior leadership.Strategic mindset and the ability to align HR data analytics initiatives with organizational goals.Familiarity with data governance principles and data privacy regulations.Why Choose Rentokil ?A career with Rentokil can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
