Are you dependable, motivated, and ready to be a vital part of a fast-growing delivery team? 223 Trucking Corp, a FedEx Ground contractor, is now hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal Delivery Drivers to join our team in White Marsh, MD.Position Overview:As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of packages to homes and businesses using a company-provided step van. This role is physical, fast-paced, and rewarding for those who love being on the move and delivering great service.What You’ll Do:

Deliver packages along an assigned route using a FedEx-approved vehicle

Load/unload and organize packages efficiently

Use handheld devices to scan, track, and confirm deliveries

Provide courteous, professional service to customers

Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or route changes

What You’ll Need:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Able to lift packages up to 70 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, Courier services, etc)

📆 Available Shifts:

Full-Time: 5-6 days/week, including weekends

Part-Time: Flexible 2–3 days/week

Seasonal: High-volume support during peak times (e.g. holidays)
