- Maintains confidentiality of all information.
- Assists the location Operations Manager with the day to dayoperation of the location office.
- Works with project teams to ensure attainment of project objectives.
- Schedules and maintainscalendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
- Prepares, composes, and initiatescorrespondence, memoranda, presentation materials, and reports.
- Organizes and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines.
- Answers and screens telephone calls, takes messages, provides information, or redirects calls as appropriate.
- Receives and directs visitors.
- Arranges meetings and conferences and prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes as required.
- Utilizes the assistanceof others on “as needed” project basis.
- Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
- Education: Highschool/college graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
- Experience: Strongexecutiveadministrative,organization,computer,andcommunicationskills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish Speaking
