Job DescriptionThe Corporate Graphic Designer Manager, New Development, is a key member of the Graphic Design team responsible for supporting the marketing, print, digital, and environmental design needs of Eataly across all locations. This role requires a deep understanding of branding and spatial design to produce signage and creative assets for new store developments and renovations. The Designer will work closely with the Construction, Store Planning, and Operations teams, as well as external vendors and general contractors, to bring the Eataly brand to life in physical spaces. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.RESPONSIBILITIESPlan creative concepts by studying architectural drawings, project specs, and branding objectivesDesign and execute branded signage and wayfinding systems for new locations, ensuring visual consistency and legibility across a variety of formats and materialsCoordinate production and installation logistics with general contractors, signage vendors, and project managersCreate mock-ups, elevations, and installation guides for signage and environmental graphicsCollaborate with internal teams (Construction, Store Planning, Visual Merchandising, Marketing) and external partners to align on deliverables and timelinesDesign a wide range of creative assets for in-store, print, and digital use using Adobe Creative SuiteEnsure brand standards are upheld across all assets and environmentsReview proofs and installation photos to ensure design quality is maintained through executionTrack signage-related budgets, submit vendor invoices, and coordinate approvals in alignment with project timelinesContribute to the continuous improvement of Eataly’s physical brand identity through research, innovation, and thoughtful designQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related field5+ years of experience in graphic design, with specific experience in environmental graphics, retail signage, or wayfindingStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including signage, print, and digitalProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with CAD software or SketchUp is a plusAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documentsStrong visual design skills with an eye for typography, scale, and spatial layoutExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsExperience coordinating with external vendors and understanding production processesExperience in budgeting and forecastingSelf-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyThe annual salary for this position is: $90,000-$100,000Additional InformationBenefits and Perks
