Will be aligned to Axis, which supports the FRC governance team. Will be working with a scrum team of 6-8. Will be responsible for independently delivering on story work within each sprint. Responsible for doing estimations, requirements breakdowns, and development work to deliver on the assigned stories. 2 week sprints. Daily stand up and team meetings in the mornings. Product refinement sessions in the afternoon with associates in the mid-west. Absolutely needs to be fully competent to work independently in delivering complex work.
