The ideal Superintendent for our team should possess a proven track record in overseeing both ground-up retail construction projects and interior build-out initiatives. We are seeking a candidate with expertise in managing the entire construction process, from initial development to interior finishes, ensuring successful project delivery in both aspectsKey Responsibilities
  • Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
  • Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain quality and safety standards
  • Mentor and manage team members
  • Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
  • Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Develop site utilization and logistic plans
  • Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism

  • Ground up commercial construction experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent
  • Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
  • Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a Colorado Springs based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.
