We've created a place where we can work hard, be creative and have our voices heard.GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for night audit and help with The Lodge Front Desk/Guest Services duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintains professional appearance, good listening and communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Individual must have strong computational skills and an excellent understanding of financial concepts
  • Must have computer experience, excel and prior experience a plus
  • Run night audit- detailed instruction sheet for all reports to run, close down day, and reopen for next day. Complete forecasting spreadsheet and DBR worksheet
  • Check for open folios
  • Process credit cards
  • Enter/balance night audit into 5 different spreadsheets. Notify department head if their area doesn't balance
  • Check in/check out guests
  • Answer phones
  • Answer guests calls/questions/concerns/needs
  • Assist with Fire Alarms/emergencies if needed
  • Make new room keys
  • Make a new reservation
  • Bring around/park a guest's vehicle
