
Senior Manager, Salty Multipacks

- Assess, refine, and shape Hershey's multipack growth strategy, inclusive of consumer, shopper, competitive, and retailer/commercial insights
- Lead customer-based recommendations on optimal MP portfolio
- Ensure balanced growth sufficiency across strat plan horizon, in line with business unit strategic objectives & priorities
- Partner across the organization to align and accelerate Multipack initiatives, e.g.,
- Working with Omnichannel team on multipack search & display strategy
- Collaborate with brand & commercial teams on growth opportunities leveraging business unit innovation pipeline
- Propose MP-specific shopper research priorities in partnership with Category Development team
- Partner with Finance & Supply Chain on margin improvement opportunities
- Strategic Problem Solving: Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to frame complex problems, generate hypotheses, and use data to inform clear recommendations and drive decisions
- Retail execution: Knowledge of customer and at-shelf challenges & opportunities to pressure test packtype growth assumptions
- Storytelling and Communication: Skilled in distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives grounded in data and tailored to audiences
- Team Leadership: Experience leading broad cross-functional teams with multiple individuals at varying levels in the organization
- Collaboration & Agility: Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Financial and Retail Data Acumen: Familiarity with basic financial management and business value drivers in CPG (P&L, balance sheet); experience working with retail data
- 6-10 years of combined experience in brand marketing, leading strategic initiatives in a CPG company generally preferred
- Strong understanding of business strategy and objectives
- Strong communicator with ability to lead directly and cross-functionally
- Ability to cultivate and create excitement and engagement in the organization
- Strong technical skills (e.g., Excel, IRI, Numerator, PPT, etc.), with proven ability to synthesize multiple data sources
- Ability to balance consumer & retailer insights to drive commercially sound recommendations
- Innovative, forward-thinking and entrepreneurial in approach
- Problem-solving mentality, intellectually curious, strong critical thinking skills
- Experience and comfort presenting to senior leadership
