- You will be the visionary leader of our hotel's dining experiences, overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations.
- Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, developing innovative menus and offerings, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- You will report to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
- A career as a director of food and beverage can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional food and beverage director, general manager, or even corporate-level positions.
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience
- Previous experience in this exact position (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
