ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads in an efficient manner * Continuous follow up with inquiries who do not set an appointment on the first contactRespond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner with the goal of setting an appointmentAssist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happinessConceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstrationDirect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetDeliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptlyOther duties as assigned * Utilize scripts to assist in all daily follow up
  • Handle all guests in a professional manner and expedite requests
