We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and help deliver on our mission of hope and recovery.Position SummaryThe position is responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of compliance program initiatives, with a focus on auditing and monitoring. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Three years of experience in mental health or addiction services
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Competent computer skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Ability to work within a team

Responsibilities1. Work hours prescribed by leadership. Some variation in scheduled hours as well as travel between sites and regions may be required to meet company needs.2. Promotes and embraces organization and corporate compliance policies and procedures3. Expert on rules and regulations pertinent to Rosecrance services, such as SUPR 2060, Rule 132, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and others.4. Coordination of compliance activities such as auditing and analysis5. Create and Present Reports (annual, quarterly, monthly and as requested)6. Conduct audits and investigations per schedule and as needed7. Tracks compliance activity8. Provide consultation to Rosecrance staff on various topics including, rules, regulations, policies, and ethics.9. Assist leaders in licensing and accreditation requirements (i.e. TJC).10. Serve as a member of the Corporate Compliance team and participate in all team meetings and activities.11. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.12. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.13. Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance14. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated and assigned by the President/CEO, Sr. VP & General Counsel, or the Director of Compliance & Medical Records.Schedule:
  • Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Work Location: (Must reside in IL, WI or IA)
  • Remote- Must be available for onsite training and occasional in-person work as required.
  • Occasional drive if you live in IL to Rosecrance Mulford office in Rockford, IL or Rosecrance RMG office in Chicago, IL
Compensation & Rewards
  • Base Pay: Starting at $46,508.80/year (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
