both internal and external resources to resolve equipment failures to ensure that down time is limited and
equipment is performing as intended. This role will also collaborate with various functional areas to
identify and improve equipment and/or processes. Works on assignments requiring considerable
judgement and initiative.Night Shift: 11PM - 7AM
Responsibilities:– Conduct preventative maintenance on all machines and equipments.– Troubleshoot and finds permanent solutions to reocurring equipment issues.– Maintains and performs lock out / tag out– Conducts monthly inspection of eye wash center, fire extinguisher, and housekeeping audits.– Will be required to place orders for machine parts and tools.– Maintains and repairs the facility’s structure, equipment, grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and
HVAC.– Electrical systems, including lighting, circuits, and equipment– Water supply, drains, pipes and appliances– Pneumatic air supply, including air compressor– Walls, partitions, floors, ceilings and fixtures(including painting).– Facilities equipment such as trash compactor and baling machine
– Material handling equipment, such as lift trucks and racking
– Office furniture and office partition systems– Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
- High School or equivalent
- 2 + years work experience
- HVAC systems experience
- Ability to perform pipefitting work on water, gas and
work * Ability to wear required safety equipment
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools to perform
