We are actively recruiting a skilled Manager of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide strategic leadership and foster strong partnerships with senior leadership to advance talent and organizational initiatives.You will oversee and mentor HRBPs in delivering high-impact solutions across the organization, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and change management. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring HR strategies support business goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.In addition, you will guide organizational design efforts, manage complex employee relations matters, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance key HR projects and initiatives.
