Personal care
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Meal preparation
Companionship
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed
Stay with the client for 3-4 days

Requirements:

Vaccination Card
State ID/Driver's License
Car insurance (if driving the client)
Social Security
