We are seeking a hands-on Cloud Security Governance Engineer to support enterprise cloud security, AI governance, and risk/compliance initiatives. This role is highly technical with governance oversight responsibilities, ensuring adherence to established frameworks, policies, and standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and support Cloud Security Governance across AWS and enterprise environments.
  • Administer and enhance ServiceNow IRM processes for risk, compliance, and issue tracking.
  • Review and support AI governance and ML models deployed in AWS SageMaker.
  • Manage and monitor Identity Governance solutions (Saviynt, SailPoint) and Access Management (MFA, SAML).
  • Oversee Data Protection tools (Azure, Symantec) and ensure compliance with NIST/PCI frameworks.
  • Support cybersecurity operations, including Firewalls, SIEM, Antivirus, and Penetration Testing oversight.
  • Provide governance oversight of networking and telecom security (LAN/WAN, IPS/IDS).
  • Partner with Deloitte and internal teams to ensure alignment with established security frameworks (not develop new).
Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Security Governance (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI governance, MLOps, or DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions, policies, and standards.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow IRM administration.
  • Comfortable navigating AWS environments to review governance and services.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, data protection, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks (NIST, PCI).
Preferred Certifications:
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (required or highly preferred).
  • AWS Solutions Architect or Certified AI Practitioner (nice to have).
