- Graphic Design: Create compelling print and digital materials - brochures, mailers, social media graphics, presentations, and more - that align with our brand identity.
- Photography & Videography: Serve as the lead visual storyteller, capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos for events, campaigns, and online use.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow The Spring's social media presence; collaborate on strategy, maintain content calendars, and track performance metrics.
- Website & Online Presence: Support ongoing updates and improvements to The Spring's website to ensure content accuracy, SEO best practices, and brand consistency.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the research, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels, helping to drive community engagement and awareness.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications reflect The Spring's tone, style, and mission while maintaining an organized library of visual assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong photography and video editing skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and using analytics tools
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
- Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress or Squarespace)
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing best practices, and email marketing tools
