This includes clinical supervision, team management, policy enforcement, compliance, and budgetary accountability. The director will lead initiatives to improve quality of care, streamline throughput, and support professional development among staff.Key Responsibilities:Direct and evaluate ER operations and clinical programsDevelop and implement departmental goals, policies, and proceduresEnsure regulatory and accreditation complianceCollaborate with hospital leadership on budgeting and performance benchmarksCoach and mentor clinical staffFoster a patient-centered and outcomes-driven cultureWorkplace CultureThis position is part of a larger health system serving a diverse and growing community.
