
Product Manager, Portfolio Architect

- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic service development.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Perform requirements analysis and effectively document and communicate findings.
- Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create mockups of customer experiences.
- Conduct user acceptance testing.
- Stay current on process and software enhancements to drive automation and modernization.
- Ensure service delivery models reflect targeted optimizations through new technologies.
- Work closely with execution leaders to ensure solution synergies.
- Participate in vendor technology evaluations and roadmap assessments.
- Contribute to strategic vendor evaluations to deliver customer value.
- Develop and execute communication plans regarding service direction, standards, and roadmaps.
- Identify and manage resources for successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in Marketing Activation Processes (MAP) to refine and accelerate go-to-market strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience developing and delivering technology solutions, preferably in emerging IT services.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience leading large, complex development projects in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in organizational change management and executive-level presentations.
- Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships at all levels.
- Experience working with both internal and external customers.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for business and process improvement, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Ability to identify market trends and maintain positive employee and customer relations.
