Job SummaryThe Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating multiple business activities, schedules, and meetings within our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Division. This position is responsible for supervising sales, managing a book of business, and maintaining client relationships across the Seattle metro area. Daily engagement with internal and external customers is essential to ensure service excellence and account growth.Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Division Manager and other management staff.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Analyze cost reports and budget variances to ensure financial health of client accounts.
  • Communicate clearly with management and production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Demonstrate leadership by fostering team morale and recognizing employee achievements.
  • Promote professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Uphold and encourage adherence to company policies and safety standards.
