Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the premises. By remaining visible and approachable, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence.   • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
  • Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and site-specific procedures.
  • Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to company and client protocols.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific emergency procedures.

  • Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
  • A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
