- Be collaborative, ask questions, and communicate effectively and efficiently with the primary focus of providing exceptional patient care.
- Conduct significant telephone/patient portal interaction (80%) coordinating care with patients and collaborating with providers and their care teams.
- Educate patients, manage associated paperwork, order entry, prior authorizations, medication refills, assist in procedures and occasional wound care.
- You will use minimal hands-on nursing skills.

- ADN or Nursing Diploma
- CA RN license
- American Heart Association BLS
- BSN
- 1+ years of experience as RN in acute care/hospital setting
- Outpatient RN experience
- Epic experience
- Surgical experience
