BridgeCare’s software is a white-label data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector. It is made for organizations that support parents and ECCE providers, primarily licensed childcare and public preschool programs.What You Will DoThe Enterprise Client Success Manager is responsible for being a trusted advisor to Enterprise-level clients by leveraging ECE industry expertise and client success experience. This role will build and maintain client relationships to ensure clients are delighted with BridgeCare. Our goal is for our clients to be our partners and advocates and to have them feel very closely connected to our team and mission. Our client relationships are long term and this role will own end-to-end client relationships throughout the client lifecycle.Responsibilities
- Developing and managing strategic client relationships to align with BridgeCare’s Customer Journey
- Strategizing opportunities to deepen engagement and build community among clients
- Ongoing communication with clients, supporting needs, and addressing questions
- Identifying opportunities for expanded services
- Sharing client feedback to inform product and development priorities
- Client support and user training, including reports
- Working cross-functionally to internally advocate for client priorities
- Configuration changes with clients in BridgeCare’s software (technical setup, but in a no-code environment)
- Detailed note-taking and meeting documentation
- 5+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Background in or connection to early child education and childcare
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Comfortable proactively learning and using new software
- Experience working in a startup environment preferred
- Humble yet personable and confident
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to anticipate client needs and offer great client service
- Understands the value and importance of long-term partnerships & relationships
- Self-starter, able to work independently and autonomously in a demanding environment
