Job Description - Assembly Associate ? Location: Grand Prairie, TXSchedule & Compensation - Shift: Monday - Friday (overtime may be required during peak periods)

- Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities availablePosition Overview Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer of innovative solutions for the retail and grocery industry, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our Grand Prairie team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products and components according to work instructions, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities • Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety procedures.
  • Accurately record production data and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist in training new employees on assembly processes when needed.
Qualifications ? High School Diploma or GED required.
? 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
? Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and instructions.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
? Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
? Basic computer literacy and recordkeeping skills.
?
