- Designs, builds, and supports departmental databases and processes in PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization platform
- Extracts, compiles, and reports data for ad-hoc and recurring reporting and audit queries for department review
- Implement and optimize front and back-end data infrastructure to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Assist with managing & maintaining business relationships.
- Present insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills with ability to interface with all levels of management
- Liaise across various departments
- Additional responsibilities as requested.
- Outstanding Microsoft Power BI skills; strong demonstrated Excel skills (Python, R, or SQL preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with databases and extracting data from API's (Application Programming Interface) preferred
- Eager to work in a fast paced, energetic, and dynamic workplace
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to digest complexity while maintaining an understanding of the “big picture” of business needs
- 5+ years of relevant data experience, within the financial sector preferred
