Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Golf Shop Assistant to join our team at our Old Trail location. You'll handle all point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate records for tee times, lessons, and event registrations.Master of Logistics: Efficiently manage our golf reservation systems, helping members and guests book tee times and lessons. You'll ensure timely check-ins and payments, all while providing a seamless and welcoming experience.Retail & Merchandising Guru: Assist the retail team with arranging and displaying golf shop inventory. You'll help maintain a visually appealing and organized space that entices members and guests.Communication Hub: Serve as a primary point of contact for all golf-related inquiries. You'll expertly communicate with members and guests, advising them on club policies and promoting all department offerings to ensure they are fully informed about available services and programs.Administrative Backbone: Accurately reconcile daily sales reports and maintain records of daily play. You'll assist with inventory control and ensure accurate billing, all while maintaining our Club Management Software.What You Bring:
Customer Service Expertise: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, with club experience being a significant plus.
Organizational Guru: You are meticulously organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: You have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with members, guests, and fellow team members, maintaining a calm and positive demeanor even in busy situations.
Physical Dexterity: The ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds is essential.
Flexibility: You have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with shifts that may start as early as 7 a.m. and end as late as 5:30 p.m. to meet the Club's demands.
