You'll work independently in the field while staying connected to a solid team back at the shop.You'll service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems in locations like restaurants, medical clinics, office buildings, and industrial facilities.What You’ll Be Doing:Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems with accuracy and efficiencyPerform maintenance on refrigeration units, ductwork, thermostats, and control systemsTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issuesDeliver top-level service and communicate clearly with clientsMaintain accurate service records and reportsEnsure company vehicle is clean, stocked, and ready to goFollow safety guidelines and company procedures on every jobHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC/R technicianEPA Certification (Type II or Universal)Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematicsProficient with standard HVAC tools and equipmentClean driving record (this position includes use of a company vehicle)Comfortable working in restaurant, healthcare, and other commercial environmentsWilling to complete a brief skills assessment (verbal and written)Design Temp of Florida Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
