We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations
and performance of a designated region. The District Manager will be responsible for leading
and managing a team of team leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing sales and profit,
and maintaining operational standards. It is REQUIRED to work as a team Member and team lead for 3 Months to ensure success.This is a logistics positionWeekday Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Texas RegionPrepare and coordinate for all events in the district.Onboarding, training, scheduling of new staffBooking and coordinating travel accommodations for all staffOrdering and maintaining all equipmentHR coordination of payroll and other itemsWeekend Responsibilities:Attending 3 events per month minimum to lead, and train staff.Providing on call support for all staff members in the district as problems arise and assist with problem solving.Ensure success of your teamTraining of all staff at eventsRequirements:Weekend and Holiday availabilityAbility to drive regularly to event locations within Texas and beyondStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
