We’re currently seeking a compassionate, master’s-level clinician to join our on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team. In this role, you’ll provide direct mental health support to employees.The Impact You'll Make and What We'll Accomplish TogetherThrough tele/video and in person solution-focused counseling, and wellness initiatives, you’ll help foster emotional resilience, psychological safety, and a supportive workplace culture. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering timely and accessible care to those navigating both personal and job-related challenges.Here’s How● Deliver short-term, solution-focused, one-on-one counseling to employees● Support following high-impact crisis events● Support and participate in workplace wellness presentations and prevention activities● Collaborate with internal teams and provide referrals when longer-term care is needed● Maintain timely and confidential documentation in accordance with company standards● Promote resilience, mental wellness, and recovery in the workplaceCore qualifications and skills we are looking for:● Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.● Fully licensed in the state of South Carolina preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.)● Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (post-master’s preferred)● Previous experience in mental health and addictions considered an asset#INDTH2A bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
