- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Sales, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Client Services, etc.) to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements for Salesforce enhancements that support the full PEO lifecycle, from sales prospecting to client onboarding to client services management and offboarding.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to guide the Salesforce development team.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying system gaps, recommending enhancements, and ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and document issues to expedite bug fixes.
- Support the training and operational development teams by presenting demos and providing materials to be used for socialization and the training of end users.
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Support and guide Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing processes
- Create reports and analyze data to inform operational and architectural recommendations
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years supporting Salesforce in a service-driven environment; PEO industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and best practices (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and data tools such as SOQL, Salesforce Inspector, Dataloader, Workbench, or similar.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows and Apex Triggers.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce REST API and common integration tools such as MuleSoft Composer, Zapier, or similar.
- Knowledge of common Salesforce-integrated systems such as HubSpot, GetFeedback, RingLead/ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
