The Industrial Electrical Superintendent serves as the field leader overseeing one or more projects, ensuring safety, productivity, cost control, scheduling, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, and the ability to manage crews while working closely with project managers and clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise industrial electrical crews on active job sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Manage project schedules, labor, and material costs.
  • Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Coordinate installation of switchgear, MCCs, conduit, cable tray, transformers, substations, and other medium-voltage systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of industrial electrical supervision experience.
  • Hands-on experience with medium-voltage (115 kV) systems.
  • Knowledge of switchgear, MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, transformers, and substations.
  • Strong crew leadership and blueprint/schematic reading skills.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to pass an MVR check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of industrial electrical background.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.
  • OSHA-30, NCCER certification, or state electrical license.
