We promote a healthy work-life balance by offering you more flexibility, more convenience, and more success!RN/LPN Position Details:· Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor of patient's condition and reaction to medication, treatments, and significant incidents.· Respond to life saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.· Take and record patients' vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient· Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care· Perform skills base on the patient needs. RN/LPN Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Must have physical within the year
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
  • Must have hands on CPR card.
  • Active RN/ LPN Licenses in the state of IL
Schedule:
  • All shifts , PRN
