- Identify and prospect new clients in need of electrical maintenance services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of clients' electrical systems to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop comprehensive maintenance proposals and service agreements for clients.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with their budgetary and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Maintain proactive and positive relationships within the JH Kelly operating groups and teams, including shop and field craft personnel.
- Foster positive relationships with customer representatives, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, safety, CAD/BIM, accounting, IT, and all project teams.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales in the Electrical or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical systems and maintenance practices.
- Preferred: Ability to assess and communicate maintenance requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Compensation: $70,000 - $115,000 annually + performance bonuses.
