Assure sales and margin meet budget levels: Develop, evaluate and monitor unit plans, projections, inventory flow and promotional strategies to produce maximum sales, margin and turn metrics
Develop sales projections and inventory flow: Partner with Planning Manager to proactively react to business trends and opportunities with a sense of urgency
Present recommendations through analysis: Provide guidance to executive management related to driving long and short-term business goals
Collaborate internally: Partner and communicate with Buyers, Vendors, Allocation, Marketing, Operations and Visual teams to develop well thought out assortment plans and communicate current business trends
Meet all order deadlines: Confirm accuracy of quantities, costs, sizing and shipping dates
Partner with Location Planning team: Develop and analyze seasonal selling, by region, climate and store attribute as well as store and market performance to identify and drive store optimization
Identify sales and inventory opportunities: Act upon key items that impact the business including door reductions/expansions by subclass, regional/climate opportunities and seasonal opportunities
