- Finding and developing leads, including motivating attorneys to want to view a product demo
- Responding to telephone and email inquiries, and booking appointments with attorneys
- Educating prospective clients on the benefits of our various products and services
- Developing relationships and encouraging client referrals
- Tracking and reporting daily activities and prospect information in Salesforce
- Attending company meetings, trainings, and trade shows
- Working seamlessly with all departments as one team
- Meeting WealthCounsel’s standards for professional conduct and appearance at all times
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- 2+ years sales development experience
- Exceptional telephone consultative sales skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets
- Collaborative and comfortable with change
