- Own the management of prime contracts, subcontracts, and procurement from the ground up.
- Lead with safety, quality, and environmental stewardship always at the forefront.
- Partner directly with clients to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Drive projects forward with detailed budget forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Lead weekly/monthly project meetings, resolve disputes, and keep things moving.
- Mentor the next generation of electricians and project leaders.
- Ensure every project closes out smoothly-with our reputation shining bright.
- 5+ years of proven success in utility power, commercial, or industrial power projects.
- Strong experience with estimating, project management, and client relations.
- A deep understanding of transmission, distribution, and substation work.
- Expertise across engineering, design, construction, and contracting.
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.
- A passion for leadership, mentoring, and teamwork.
