Apply now to join our global organisation where we empower our employees to thrive and make a difference.About the positionThe Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the IT team responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. This role manages user access, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and queues, while creating reports, dashboards, and performing data updates in alignment with governance practices. The Administrator triages and resolves tickets, supports releases and sandbox refreshes, and ensures data security using backup and restore tools. Additionally, they collaborate with business users to understand processes, provide guidance on best practices, maintain platform integrity, and train end users on new features and process changes.The Salesforce Administrator will support releases to test environments and production with Copado, test features and bug-fixes in coordination with developers, and train end users on process changes. The Salesforce Administrator will conduct sandbox refreshes. The Salesforce Administrator will use backup and restore tools to ensure data security.Responsibilities:
Ensure security and data access limits are maintained and well-designed
Declarative programming of Flows and custom objects
Maintain Salesforce configuration, including validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, data
fields, sharing rules, visual flow, list views, email templates, and auto-assignment rules
Perform data cleanup and de-duping procedures
Be proficient with DataLoader and advanced Excel use for data manipulation
Perform backups and maintain automated backup and restore systems to secure data in accordance
with data management best practices
Provide day-to-day end-user support including resolution of Tier 1 and 2 support issues, system
configuration and maintenance
Act as the primary owner of Incidents received by the Salesforce Admins assignment group in
ServiceNow, performing triage, investigating and recreating issues, and engaging developers as
needed to resolve concerns, and when appropriate adding issues to the Problem Backlog for the
Salesforce Admins assignment group
Design and maintain a variety of business reports and dashboards, both regular and ad-hoc
Support business needs in establishing and enhancing reporting and analysis capabilities
Ability to communicate precisely and effectively with collaborating teams and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Improve the overall quality of the customer and stakeholder experience
Responsible for the end-to-end case handling submitted by business users
Ensure stakeholders' trust in Salesforce company wide
