This role will split time evenly, approximately 50% supporting existing customers and 50% delivering professional services for new implementations. The position is based in our Shelton, Connecticut office and offers hybrid remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will bridge software implementation and application support functions, with a focus on configuring SharePoint-based workflows and supporting Flexi's robust accounting software solutions.Requirements
Support the successful implementation of Flexi's software solutions, with emphasis on workflow automation and SharePoint-based features
Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical configuration
Provide professional services support for workflow design, user access setup, approval processes, and related configurations
Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting SharePoint and workflow-related issues
Assist with SQL-based data queries and report configurations
Contribute to documentation and training to ensure customer enablement and long-term success
Engage cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
articipate in project planning and status reporting as needed.
Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for expansion or optimization
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting or implementing SharePoint-based solutions in a client-facing or technical role
Experience with workflow configuration tools; Nintex or similar platforms a plus.
Working knowledge of SQL, with ability to write and troubleshoot queries
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into software solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with financial/accounting systems is a plus
Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred
SharePoint administration and deployment experience is a plus
