Unity Search has been exclusively retained with this very rapidly growing PE-backed manufacturing/service company for a Chief Financial Officer. This role will serve as one of two (CEO being the other) key positions within the company that serve as the ultimate leaders having significant interaction and collaboration with the PE company and board. This company is approximately $100M in aggregate revenue consisting of 4 main service lines (to date) with plans to grow both organically and via additional acquisitions with the goal to grow to around $400M over the next 5 years. This role will oversee the overall Finance organization as well as have oversight of IT, Risk Management and all Office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of demonstrated, including having worked for PE-backed companies for an extended period of time, at least 10+ years. Strong experience in the manufacturing/service industry is required, including being versed in FF&E and e-commerce. Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, strategic thinking and leadership are critical. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $260 - $300k salary range plus 50% discretionary bonus plus equity!
