Shift: Days | 5x8-Hour (08:00 – 16:30)
Pay Package: $2,459/week ($1,080 taxable + $1,379 nontaxable)We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join a hospital-based outpatient rehab team in Point Pleasant, WV. In this role, you’ll help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities by developing and implementing customized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, e-stim)Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and preventionCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teamsDocument patient progress accurately and timelySupport swing bed/inpatient therapy as neededFacility Highlights:Type: Hospital-based outpatient PTAvg.
