Senior Maintenance Technician

- Perform scheduled performance maintenance on equipment and record all necessary data as required and in accordance with company SOPs and cGMPs
- Install and retrofit facilities equipment in accordance with company SOPs and cGMPs
- Ensure maintenance management is informed of all developments on a routine basis
- Perform necessary repairs to equipment and physical plant as required in a safe, clean, and efficient manner in response to maintenance work requests
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment as necessary, working with equipment owners, engineers, and equipment vendors
- Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the design, proper operation, and maintenance of company process manufacturing equipment
- Complete required paperwork and documentation, work orders, and GMP documents in a clear, accurate form, and in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace at all times
- Ensure timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements
- Assist with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems the team is responsible for
- All other duties as assigned;
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 5 or more years of experience working in a regulated environment in a similar role
- Prior experience in cGMP is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to read, understand, and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Must be able to read and interpret basic schematics,and equipment drawings
- Working knowledge of PLC is preferred
- Use of AutoCAD is preferred, but not required
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds;
