We’ve grown from one store in Colorado to five in less than 4 years and need talented individuals to continue our growth.If you have experience that’s great, but if you don’t we still want to know more about you. If you think you have some of these natural qualities then you should definitely consider the car business for your career.Compensation through March 2024 month end has our team members tracking 60,000 annually on the low end and multiple tracking at or above 100,000 annually.Job Responsibilities
  • Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  • Must be familiar with utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
